Abstract
This Regulation hereby prescribe the specific contents, form and correct manner of keeping records on actions and procedures performed by Croatian fisheries inspectors in both marine and freshwater fisheries sector.
These reports will contain the name, address and the type of entity controlled; various information such as dates, places and other; object of control; imposed measures; misdemeanor charges, criminal charges and other documents; documents on legally imposed misdemeanor and criminal sanctions; and other minor issues.
