Regulation on the content, format and procedure for adopting an action plan to improve air quality, and mutual exchange of information and reporting on air quality and obligations for the implementation of Commission Decision 2011/850/EU.

This Regulation prescribes the manner of implementation of the procedure for creating, adopting, monitoring the implementation of action plans for improving air quality, the obligations of local self-government units, i.e. the City of Zagreb, the ministry responsible for air protection, authorized persons and other bodies in the process of action plan creation, the content and format of such action plan, and the deadlines, content and format of data, and the method of data collection for mutual exchange of information and reporting on air quality assessment and management. This text also adopts the following EU legislative acts: Directive 2008/50/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on ambient air quality and cleaner air for Europe; and Commission Implementing Decision 2011/850/EC laying down rules for Directives 2004/107/EC and 2008/50/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the reciprocal exchange of information and reporting on ambient air quality.
