Abstract
This Regulation provides methods for the control of agricultural propagating material during imports, notification and application form for the import of agricultural propagating material.
Agricultural propagating material must be imported into the Republic of Croatia, only across the border crossings (points of entry) that are defined by the Regulation on points of entry for shipments of plants, plant products and other materials for which controls are necessary (Official Gazette 111/07).
The control of agricultural propagating material that has been imported will be performed by the phytosanitary inspection at the border point.
The application form is an integral part of the Annex of this Regulation.
