Regulation on the inspection of imported agricultural reproductive material and the application form for the import of agricultural reproductive material.

This Regulation here prescribes the manner for reporting and inspection of all imported agricultural reproductive material that enters inti the territory f the Republic of Croatia (and intended as import into the European Union also), including the rules regarding necessary contents and layout of related report forms for the import of such agricultural reproductive material and defines the amount of designated fees for the performance of inspection of imported agricultural reproductive materials. This type of inspection of agricultural reproduction material has to be carried out by the phytosanitary inspection of the State Inspectorate. All administrative forms/reporting sheets are given in the Annex of this text.
