Abstract
This Regulation officially determines the standard-criteria to be met by fishing vessels engaged in marine based fishing of tuna (with floating nets), and that have to enter into the ICCAT Record of BFT Catching Vessels.
This Regulation also determines the census procedures for vessels engaged in tuna fishing, including the issues regarding the individual quotas for tuna catching tuna by vessels in 2017 (with the above mentioned fishing gear/method).
