Abstract
This Regulation, in relation to the tasks risen by the 2012/138/EU Commission Implementing Decision of 1 March 2012 as regards emergency measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread within the Union of Anoplophora chinensis (Forster), provides for necessary national implementing provisions.
Article 2 states that all national based demarcated areas, object of this text, shall cover an infected area within a radius of 100 m around the site of the presence of the Asian strabis Anoplophora chinensis (Forster) and a safety zone located around an infected area within a radius of 2 km.
The Annex is also part of this publication (containing the List of settlements constituting the infected area; and maps of such areas).
