Abstract
This Regulation sets out the provisions as regards the establishment of demarcated areas (zoning) within the terms of articles 8, 9, 10 and 12 of the Regulation on measures for the prevention and suppression of the vine golden jaundice (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 48/2018).
Demarcated areas, object of this text, shall cover an infected area at least 1 km wide and a security area at least 5 km wide from the site where the presence of the pest was determined (see point II of the text).
The graphic map of the demarcated areas is in the Annex, which is part of this publication (12 different maps).
