Regulation on the designation of demarcated areas in which measures are implemented to prevent the spread and control of vine golden jaundice (Grapevine Flavescence dorée).

This Regulation, as for the purpose of the implementation of measures provided in articles 8, 9, 10 and 12 of the Regulation on measures for the prevention and suppression of the vine golden jaundice (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 48/2018, and amended in Gazette 63/2018), determines the areas in which specific measures are implemented in order to prevent the spread and in order to control the plant disease denominated as “vine golden jaundice” or Grapevine Flavescence dorée (caused by fitoplazma ‘Candidatus Phytoplasma vitis’, which is brought by American cricket-Scaphoideus titanus).
