Abstract
This Regulation sets the manner for determining the remuneration for transferred and restricted rights in forests and/or forest land.
Forest and forest land compensation shall be determined when: when separating certain forests and forest land owned by the Republic of Croatia from the forestry management area of the Republic of Croatia; something limits the rights in cases of designation of forests for forests or special purpose forests; something limits the right to establish certain type of service as previously granted.
The above mentioned compensation consists of: fees for forests; forest land fees; fees for reduced general forest functions.
The Annex is an integrated part of this publication (classification of values).
