Abstract
This Regulation defines the updated provisions aimed to establish and set the criteria and the manner determining the effective compensation and/or fees for transferred and/or restricted rights as regards the use of forests and forest land (also fees for reduced general forest functions) based on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
