Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the official limit values for emission of pollutants into the air from immovable sources, including the monitoring and evaluation of such emissions on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
This text further defines the necessary registration of data on immovable sources using organic solvents or products containing volatile organic compounds, the method of reducing emissions of pollutants into the air, the manner and the deadline for submitting the reports on emissions to the Croatian Environmental Agency, the manner of informing the public, the manner in which the data has to be transferred to the competent authorities of the European Union, and the level of the permitted overrun of limit values for the existing sources in a certain period.
This Regulation contains provisions that are in accordance with the following acts of the European Union: Directive 2010/75/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 on industrial emissions (Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control); EU Directive 2015/2193 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015 on the limitation of emissions of certain pollutants into the air from medium-term fire-extinguishing appliances; this Regulation establishes the framework for the implementation of the following acts of the European Union: Commission Implementing Decision 2012/115/EU on the establishment of transitional national policy rules under Directive 2010/75/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on industrial emissions; and Commission Implementing Decision 2012/249/EU concerning the determination of the duration of the inclusion and exclusion period for the purposes of Directive 2010/75/EC.
The Annex (1-16) is an integrated part of this publication (full list of emission values divided in related groups according to their origin).
