Abstract
This Regulation provides full measures and standards regarding the: limit values for emissions of air pollutants from stationary sources on the Croatian territory; monitoring and evaluation of programs; data entry on stationary pollution sources; use of organic solvents or products containing volatile organic compounds; registration duties; reduction of emissions of pollutants into the air; methods and deadlines for submission of official reports on emissions to the Environmental Protection Agency; way of informing the public; and other related provisions.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of article 136, article 139 and article 142 which shall enter into force on 7 January 2013. The provisions of article 107 paragraph 6, article 108 paragraph 5, article 110 paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 and article 111 paragraph 5 will enter into force on the day of Croatian accession to the European Union. The provisions of article 81 paragraph 1 and article 82 paragraphs 1 and 2 will enter into force on 1 June 2015. The provisions of article 102 paragraph 2, article 107 paragraphs 7 and 8, article 110 paragraphs 7 and 8, article 111 paragraphs 6 and 7, article 123 paragraph 2, article 134, 137 and 140 and the Annex XI (article 1, paragraph 3 and 4) and Annex XII paragraph 2 shall enter into force on 1 January 2016.
