Regulation on the environmental pollution register.

This Regulation prescribes the obligatory content and manner of keeping the environmental contamination register, sets the type of data and relations with data providers, methodology and deadlines for collecting and submission of emissions data (on pollutants present in environment), and other related tasks, all in the function of correct registration and monitoring of environmental pollutants (on the territory of the Republic of Croatia).
The rules here stipulated are also in accordance with the provisions of the: Regulation (EC) No. (EC) No 166/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18 January 2006 on the establishment of a European Pollutant Release and Transfer Register and amending Council Directives 91/689/EEC and 96/61/EC.
