Regulation establishing the construction right in forests and on forest land owned by the Republic of Croatia.

This Regulation here determines the necessary procedure and criteria for establishing the right to build or construct in forests and on forest land if owned by the Republic of Croatia, which are managed by the Croatian Forestry Company, also for the purpose of the construction of golf courses and camps.
This process of grant shall involve all central government bodies, local and regional self-government units and other legal and natural persons whose rights, obligations and authorizations derive from regulations regulating the area of forestry, as well as the special regulations regulating the area of tourism and the area of physical planning and construction, and the standards on the basis of which the right of construction under this Regulation is to be regulated.
