Abstract
This Regulation lays down the procedure and criteria for the establishment of easements in the forest or on forest land owned by the Croatian Republic to build water, sewer, gas, electric lines ect.
The beneficiaries of the easement rights are natural and legal persons.
The application shall be accompanied by the following: excerpt from the land registry; deed; final building permits; a copy of cadastral plan for the subject property; confirmation that the subject property is located within the area of the forest management plan.
