Abstract
This Regulation sets the updated procedures and fees related provisions as regards the European Union Environmental Label or EU Ecolabel, including various functional and administrative relations and duties.
The rules here stipulated are also in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation (EC) No. 66/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2009 on the EU logo for the environment; as last amended by Commission Regulation (EU) No. 782/2013 of 14 August 2013 on the amendment of Annex III of the Regulation (EU) No. 66/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the EU logo for the environment
The Annex is an integral part of this publication.
