Abstract
This Regulation officially allocates the quota for tuna fishing (as regards the territory of the Republic of Croatia) related to the year 2017 (total 661.82 tonnes).
The rules here stipulated have also the aim to define the: criteria for the allocation of the state and permanent individual quotas to economic and non-commercial fishing, as well as for the sub-categories of economic and non-commercial fisheries for 2017; list of vessels with various rights here listed (article 1).
