Abstract
This Regulation determines the following issues as for the purposes of the Croatian Law on freshwater fisheries: 1. Types of fishing licenses; 2. Manner of issuing and selling licenses; 3. Appearance and content of the permit form; 4. Amount and manner of payment of license fee; 5. Manner of distribution of license fees; 6. Form and dynamics of submission of the report on the payment of such license fee. Period of validity of fishing licenses is specified in article 3; manner of issuing and selling licenses is defined in article 4. Permits shall be issued by the Ministry of Agriculture in electronic form for the period as specified: daily and multi-day permit issued for the period: for one day, for three days, for seven days, and annual permit issued for a whole calendar year, including annual permit for Croatian war invalids from the Homeland War and family members of deceased and missing veterans from the Homeland War.
