Regulation on sport fishing in freshwater fisheries.

This Regulation provides for: 1) the form, content and manner of keeping the register of fishing areas and fishing zones; 2) a way of making economic fundamentals and annual freshwater fishing; 3) a program for professional examination for the management of fishing area or fishing zone, the form, content and manner of keeping the register of issued certificates on professional examination for the management of fishing area or fishing zone; 4) a program for taking fishing exam, form, content and manner of keeping the register of issued certificates; 5) a program for laying the fish guard exam, form, content and manner of keeping the register of issued certificates; 6) the manner for keeping of Fish Guard service record related to the size of the catch and fishing gear/methods; 7) the type and quantity of fishing gear, equipment and bait in sport fishing; 8) fishing ban and limited use of certain fishing gear and equipment for different types of fishing; 9) the form, content and manner of keeping the list of catches in sport fishing; 10) the form, content and amount of license fees for recreational fishing.
