Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the frequency sampling of carcases, minced meat and meat preparations and the conditions and ways of reducing the number of elementary units in a sample of objects with smaller production capacity in relation to the requirements prescribed in the Regulation on microbiological criteria for foodstuffs (Official Gazette 74/08, 156/08).
Minced meat in terms of this Regulation does not imply meat which entity in the food business grinds to pieces for serving directly the final consumer.
Meat preparations within the meaning of this Regulation shall not include meat preparations which are thermally processed before placing on the market.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
