Abstract
This Regulation prescribes conditions of production, labelling and marketing of wine and fruit vinegar.
Manufacturer of wine and fruit vinegar, during the manufacturing process, has to dispose of: a) adequate space for production; b) appropriate equipment; c) appropriate qualifications.
The space for the production of wine vinegar and fruit must have technologically and sanitary potable water, electricity and drainage system arranged.
Rooms of the production facility must meet sanitary and technical requirements stipulated in special regulations.
Under suitable equipment means the equipment according to production technology.
Manufacturers who produce wine and fruit vinegar must be registered in the records of producers of fruit wine and vinegar.
Sampling is carried out to ensure the quality of the wine and fruit vinegar in order to obtain solutions for marketing and inspection. Samples of wine and fruit vinegar for the tests must represent the average composition of the entire quantity of the product from which the sample is taken.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of article 26 which will be applied after 1 January 2006.
