Regulation on the implementation of the agricultural accounting data system.

This Regulation prescribes the manner and conditions of implementation of the Farm Accountancy Data Network (FADN), which includes the implementation of the annual survey on the structure, production, income and expenditure of farmers (FADN survey) , management of remitted funds, institutions participating in the organization and implementation of FADN research, membership and activities of the National FADN Committee and conditions for providing anonymized individual results of FADN research. The Ministry in charge of agricultural affairs is responsible for the organization and professional implementation of the FADN survey. Public scientific institutes, higher education institutions and their components may request anonymised individual results of FADN research, provided that they submit a request to the Ministry in writing explaining the purpose of data use and specifying the form, format and type of requested data.
