Abstract
This Regulation determines the methods and conditions for the implementation of the Farm Accountancy Data collection (Farm Accountancy Data Network or FADN), which includes the implementation of the annual survey (statistics) over the structure, production, income and expenditure of farmers in Croatia.
This text transposes and respects the provisions contained in the following documents: Council Regulation (EC) No. 1217/2009 of 30 November 2009 establishing the system for the collection of accounting data on incomes and business operations of agricultural holdings in the European Community; its amending Regulation (EU) no. 1318/2013; and Implementing Regulation (EU) no. 2015/220 of 3 February 2015 laying down the rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1217/2009.
