Abstract
This Regulation determines the manner for the request submission as regards the direct financial aid to agriculture and rural development. The beneficiary of the direct support is a farmer or holder of agricultural production. These subsidy measures are part of the IAKS rural development measures (Programme for Rural Development of the Republic of Croatia for the period from 2014 to 2020).
This text closely sets the implementation of the program of direct payments and detailed conditions and procedures for accomplishing: the basic payment, the allocation and use of the right to payments from the national reserve, the transfer of the right to payments; the payments for agri-environment-friendly agricultural practices, reallocated payments, payments for young farmers, production-linked grants and programs for small farmers; the state aid measures financed from the state budget and detailed conditions and procedures for granting support for highly sensitive sectors such as tobacco, dairy cows, breeding sows, olive oil and for the purpose of preserving the original and protected species and cultivars of agricultural plants.
