Regulation on the implementation of direct support to agriculture and IACS rural development measures for 2022.

This Regulation prescribes the supervision of areas, the submission of a single application and the manner of implementation of measures from the direct payments program and detailed conditions and procedures for achieving: 1. basic payments, allocation and use of payment entities from national reserves, transfer of payment entities; 2. Payments for agricultural practices beneficial to climate and environment, redistributed payments, payments for young farmers, coupled support and programmes for small farmers. This text further determines the state aid measures financed from state budget and detailed conditions and procedures for obtaining aid for extremely sensitive sectors: a) tobacco; b) dairy cows; c) breeding sows; d) olive oil; e) preservation of domestic and domesticated varieties of agricultural plants. For the purposes of implementing these measures, this Regulation lays down specific provisions within the meaning of European Union regulations, as listed in article 1 (paragraph 2). The single application for support includes applications for different sectors (see article 4).
