Abstract
This Regulation determines the conditions, criteria and manner of exercising the right to apply for grants (subsidy, State support) through the direct implementation of mechanisms for supporting fisheries on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
This Regulation defines the rules and aims of the Paying Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development related to the issues here prescribed, the allocation of finds, and other administrative provisions.
This text is in accordance with the Treaty of Accession of the Republic of Croatian European Union.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
