Abstract
This Regulation provides the necessary conditions and manner of exercising the right to apply and obtain the support/grants through the implementation of mechanisms for direct support for fisheries sector on the territory of the Republic of Croatia.
The allocation of funds here defined from the Croatian budget is carried out in line with the Agreement on the Croatian accession to the European Union ( "Official Gazette" International Agreements, no. 2/2012 and 9/2013).
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
