Regulation on the implementation of the support scheme for mandarin producers in 2019.

Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the procedural implementation measures as regards the grant of incentives and aid form the Support Programme or scheme for mandarin producers present and operating on the territory of the Republic of Croatia, here for the year 2019.
Manufacturer's eligibility conditions are listed in article 5; obligations of the beneficiary in article 6; administrative and field control inn article 8.
This kind of programmed support shall be granted in accordance with the provisions of the following documents: Commission Regulation (EU) No 1408/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid in the agriculture sector; and Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/316 of 21 February 2019 amending Regulation (EU) No 1408/2013 on the application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid in the agriculture sector.
