Abstract
This Regulation governs the: exact criteria and procedure for issuance and content of licenses for commercial fishing on the Croatian sea territory, and the content and manner of keeping the Register on the issued licenses; way for granting the official audit; conditions for the transfer of rights and benefits to other (different) permits; manner for the correct and mandatory implementation of the Public Call on transfer privileges and detailed conditions and criteria for their implementation; and conditions and procedures for storing privileges, manner and form of keeping the Register of stored licenses.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
