Abstract
This Regulation sets the manner and necessary criteria for leasing of forest land owned by the Republic of Croatia.
The provisions of this Regulation shall not apply to forest land owned by the Republic of Croatia which is used for defense purposes and which is protected in the category of strict reserve and national park, in accordance with other relevant and special regulations.
Woodland or forest land owned by the Republic of Croatia can be leased for use for the purpose of: recreation, recreation and sports (trim-tracks, riding lanes, temporary sports grounds, tables and benches for rest, etc.); installation of movable devices, advertising boards, booths, montage-dismantling tendons and temporary kiosks and other structures of finished construction, construction (gross) up to 15 m 2; and for pastries or grazing.
