Abstract
This Regulation prescribes: the manner of drafting and implementing the freshwater fisheries management plan, revision and addition of such management plan; fish stock monitoring programme meant for freshwater fisheries. This text defines the necessary contents of related management plans, indicates relevant responsibilities of different participants. The fish stock monitoring programme shall cover the following fishing areas: 1. Fishing area Drava–Danube; 2. Sava fishing area; 3. Kupa fishing area; 4. Lika fishing area; 5. Adriatic fishing area. Methodology of sampling and processing of ichthyofauna data is specified in article 5.
