Regulation on the Marketing of Agricultural Vegetable Planting Material.

This Regulation prescribe the type of vegetables that can be certified, and certification requirements for vegetable planting material, conditions in terms of authenticity of varieties and rootstocks, and vegetative development and health status, conditions of production of agricultural planting materials, conditions and procedure for supervision and control under official supervision, the conditions for authorizing persons to conduct surveillance, conditions to be met by suppliers of agricultural planting materials, supervision of laboratories, content, form and manner of keeping records of certificates, the methods and subsequent implementation of control for certain types of plants, the methods for packaging, sealing and labelling, terms of trade of agricultural planting materials at wholesale and retail trade, documents that must accompany the import agricultural planting material, the conditions for importation and placing on market of agricultural planting materials in terms of packaging, sealing and labelling.
The Annexes I-V are an integral part of this Regulation.
