Regulation on the marketing of propagating material of vegetables and vegetable seedlings.

This Regulation defines various rules and provisions related to the vegetable propagating materials and vegetable seedlings, and closely determines the following: certification terms and conditions to be met; conditions in terms of authenticity and purity of varieties and rootstocks and vegetative development and health status; propagating material and vegetable seedlings production conditions; conditions and procedure of official supervision and official inspection issues; conditions to be met by suppliers of agricultural planting material; content, form and manner of keeping the records on issued certificates; rules for packaging, sealing and labelling; trading/marketing issues (internal and international, retail and wholesale); various administrative issues and requirements.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
