Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on climate change and ozone layer protection, determines the manner of submission, processing and verification of reports and data on activities for free allocation of emission allowances, the manner of fulfilling the tasks of the competent authorities for the purpose of implementation of the Commission Decision 2011/278/EU determining transitional Union-wide rules for harmonized free allocation of emission allowances pursuant to article 10a of Directive 2003/87/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council. This text also transposes and regulates the implementation of other legal acts of the European Union into the national legislation (article 2).
