Abstract
This Regulation provides: the complete list of greenhouse gas emissions, standards and methodologies for monitoring over the greenhouse gas emissions, data collection standards for greenhouse gas emissions, and the time limits for the submission of reports to the UNFCCC Secretariat and the European Commission.
This Regulation further provides for the inventory method (calculation) of greenhouse gas emissions, the way for necessary verification over the reports and manner and deadlines for submitting of data to the Agency for the Environmental Protection, the way for monitoring over the fulfillment of annual national quotes of greenhouse trading.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
