Regulation on the monitoring of greenhouse gas emissions, policies and measures for their reduction in the Republic of Croatia.

This Regulation sets the classification of greenhouse gases, defines the method and methodology for monitoring over such emissions, establishes the necessary data collection and data reporting issues, and further determines the deadlines for the preparation and delivery of reports to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and to the European Commission.
This Regulation is also in accordance with many European Union and European Council Regulations and Directives (see article 2 for complete list).
