Abstract
This Regulation prescribes all necessary standards for the correct performance of activities such as monitoring and reporting on greenhouse gas emissions from installations and aircrafts on the Croatian territory, data collection on tonne-kilometers and verification reports on greenhouse gas emissions from installations and aircraft as well as reports on the tonne-kilometer emissions related to the period starting on 1 January 2013.
This Regulation also lays down the conditions for ensuring a complete, consistent, transparent and accurate monitoring and reporting over the greenhouse gas emissions necessary for the implementation of measures aimed to reduce the greenhouse gas emissions in order to offer an future more sustainable air pollution control and management system, including various requirements for the greenhouse gas emissions trading system.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
