Abstract
This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Law on plant health, prescribes the following: conditions and manner of keeping the Official Register of specialized entities; manner of submitting the Request for entry in the Register and forms for entry in the Register and obtaining authorization for issuing plant passports and for marking and/or treatment and/or repair of wood packaging material and deletion from the Register; obligations of specialized entities; conditions for obtaining authorization for issuing plant passports and marking and/or treatment; training for implementation bodies; special provisions on inspection, including costs and fees of training and official inspections.
