Abstract
This Regulation establishes phytosanitary requirements to be met by wood packaging material in international transport, treatment procedures, treatment and marking or labelling of wood packaging material, the conditions to be met by legal and natural persons who applied certain treatment procedures, the procedure of their registration in the register and the method of performing formal verification, inspection and phytosanitary inspection over the implementation of this Regulation.
The Annexes I-VII are an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
On the effective date of this Regulation, the Regulation on phytosanitary requirements to be met by wood packaging material in international trade (Official Gazette 40/05) will be no longer in force.
