Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions for the certification of oilseeds and fiber plants, the categories and conditions for the production of those seeds, the procedure for official supervision of its production, the method of its processing among necessary quality requirements, the procedure and method of issuance of related certificates, the method and conditions for its packaging, sealing and labelling, and the conditions for placing on market and import. The provisions of this Regulation shall apply to the production of oilseed and fiber plant seeds intended for placing on the market and the placing on the market of oilseed and fiber plant seeds intended for agricultural production, with the exception of oilseed and fiber plant seeds intended for ornamental purposes. These provisions shall not apply to seeds of oil and fiber plants intended for export to third countries.
