Regulation on the placing on the market of vegetable propagating material and vegetable seedlings.

This Regulation here prescribes the types and conditions of certification of vegetable propagating material and vegetable seedlings, the production of vegetable propagating material and vegetable seedlings, the identification and monitoring of critical points in the production process, official supervision and supervision under expert control, packaging, labelling, placing on the market, conditions for small producers and local circulation, the import of propagating material and seedlings and requirements regarding the quality of vegetable propagating material and vegetable seedlings. The provisions of this text shall apply to vegetable propagating material and vegetable seedlings, except seeds, bulbs and cloves, which are placed on the market. Full set of technical sheets and reporting forms is given in Annexes of this Regulation.
