Abstract
This Regulation stipulates activities which may cause pollutant emissions to the soil, air, water and sea.
This Regulation defines the method of submitting the request and the conditions for obtaining the decision on integrated environmental protection requirements for existing installations, the mandatory content of the analysis of the status in an existing installation and the mandatory content of the study on the method of alignment with the provisions of the Act.
