Abstract
This Regulation here prescribes the conditions and procedure for conducting official supervision of groups of agricultural propagating material referred to in article 1 (paragraph 3) of the Law on seeds, planting material and recognition of agricultural plant varieties (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 110/2021). This text further sets the rules regarding the training programme for supervisors and the method and content for related keeping of records of samples of a specific recognized variety propagating material that was examined. This type of supervision is intended for different phases of seed production (articles 4 and 5). Full technical indication sheets are given in the Annex of this text.
