Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions and procedure for supervision and official control for certain types of agricultural propagating material.
Technical supervision during the production of crop seeds and seed processing may be performed by: a) an engineer of agronomy/agriculture or the high-degree of agronomy/farming profession; b) a person with no private interest in connection with the exercise of supervision; c) a person with at least three years experience in seed production; d) a person that has undergone a training program for professional supervision and received a certificate of qualification for the professional supervision at the Institute for Seed and Seedlings; e) a person who gave a written statement that he will conduct the supervision by the rules prescribed in this Regulation.
The Annex prescribes complete set of measure for the conduction of controls.
The Annexes I-IV are an integral part of this Regulation.

Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
On the effective date of this Regulation, the provisions of the Regulation on the technical inspection of seeds of agricultural plants (Official Gazette 4/05) and the provisions of the Regulation on technical supervision over the production of agricultural plants (Official Gazette 51/99, 128/00 60/01, 53/04 and 72/06) will be no longer in use.
