Abstract
This Regulation determines the minimum reference fish size (conservation, protection, fishing), and other measures for the protection of marine organisms (seasons for certain species).
The provisions here stipulated are in accordance with the Annex III of the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1967/2006 of 21 December 2006 on management measures for the sustainable exploitation of fishery resources in the Mediterranean Sea (published in the OJ L 409 dated 30.12.2006).
