Abstract
This Regulation prescribes standards and requirements for the protection of forests, for the forest guards, methods for the implementation of the necessary protection and monitoring, official garments and labels, and the form, content and manner for the issue of forester’s license.
Safeguarding of forests and forest ecosystems in the Republic of Croatia shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Forest Law and this Regulation.
Safeguarding of forests and forest ecosystems is an integral and indivisible part of the integral process of forest management.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
