Abstract
This Regulation defines the necessary tasks and correct manner of carrying out forest warden/forest protection operations, including various related administrative issues (forest officers/wardens aimed to perform the service that grants a high level of preservation of forests and forest ecosystems on the territory of the Republic of Croatia)
The preservation of forests and forest ecosystems is organized in order to protect the forests and forest land as a good of big national interest, from the unlawful appropriation of land surfaces, illegal wood timber, and other non-authorized actions on the forest land.
The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
