Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the minimum quality parameters of raw materials used for oil production, quality control of analytical methods and their physic-chemical properties during the purchase.
Soybeans that are purchased must be at least with 13% moisture and not more than 2% impurities.
Sunflower, which can be purchased must contain minimum 40% of oil, up to 9% moisture and 2% impurities.
Rapeseed which is purchased must contain at least 40% of oil, up to 9% moisture and 2% impurities.
The quality of soybean, sunflower and rapeseed oil is determined in accordance with standard methods, and findings on the results of quality control are issued to authorized legal entity after the analysis.
