Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the conditions, content and method of keeping records of the use of agricultural land (as for ARKOD which is a record of agricultural land use in the territory of the Republic of Croatia, maintained in digital graphic form by the Paying Agency for Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development). The basic data on the ARKOD plot are as follows: identification number (ID) ARKOD of the plot; the name and ID number of the agricultural holding (MIBPG) of the farmer from the Register of Farmers; type of land use with the associated code from the code book in Annex I of this text; name of the ARKOD parcel (local name); area of ARKOD plot; acceptability coefficient for pastures and karst pastures. The basic attribute data on the ARKOD plot are the spatial data from Annex II of this text. The area of landscape features located on the border or between several ARKOD parcels is included in the total acceptable area of the ARKOD parcel in accordance with the agreed division between farmers or according to the boundaries of the property.
Annexes I-V are part of this Regulation (list of acceptable land plots, technical conditions for attribute connection of data and spatial data of competent institutions, acceptability coefficients for pastures, statement of ownership of private agricultural land).
