Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on agriculture, prescribes the conditions, content and method of keeping records of the use of agricultural land. ARKOD is a record of the use of agricultural land in the territory of the Republic of Croatia, which is maintained in digital graphic form by the Agency for Payments in Agriculture, Fisheries and Rural Development. Digital orthophoto map (or DOF) is a map sheet in electronic form composed of one or more orthophotos (aerial photographs) of a unique scale, with a rectangular coordinate grid applied and cartographic signs for some objects, isohypses, equipped with names, elevations and out-of-frame data, which represents the basis according to which data on the use of agricultural land are produced and updated. Digital cadastral plan is a cadastral plan translated or created in electronic form. Register of spatial units contains data on the type and name, identifier, display of boundaries and source of data on the boundaries of spatial units, data on spatial units with which they are connected, special data (status, headquarters, etc.) and type, source and date of application.
